Carbon reinforced Polyamide 6
Carbon reinforced polyamide 6 is produced in the form of granules of black or dull with silver tint colour. By manufacturing is used polyamide 6, stuff – carbon tapes LO, carbonfiber material Ural and other carbon materials.

Marking:
«UPA» (black-reinforced plastic on polyamide basis) points at name of
chemical compound class, to which the given product belongs; figure 6 –
grade of polyamide; figures 10, 15, 20, 30, 40 point at carbon staff
content in composition; Ê — carbonized material is used as carbon
staff.
Application: Production by pressure die casting method of
abovementioned materials of constructive, antifriction, antistatic
function for petroleum, machine, electronic and other industries. It is
possible to use carbonreinforced polyamide 6 for production of
materials, applying in drinking water supply system and in food
industry.
Distinctive features of black-reinforced plastics are low density, power
intensity of final products production, coefficient of friction; high
physical strength properties, acid -, alkali -, corrosion resistance,
wear resistance; wide range of working temperature and media;
possibility of exclusion of friction units greasing.
Packing: paper multi-layer bags with polyethylene loose leaf.
Weight of a bag – up to 25 kg.
