RAYON BASED CARBON FIBERS “URAL” FOR CZ-PROCEESS, OR SILICON MONOCRYSTAL PULLING: EFFICIENCY PROVEN BY A TIME

It is a traditional field of using rayon based carbon fibers “Ural” – chamber (hot zone) components made from pyro-carbon composites for silicon CZ-ingot pulling. Among the advantages of composite components in comparison with graphite ones are: weight – composites are more lightweight, lower level of heat-conductivity, and some others.

CARBON FIBER YARN “URAL”: carbon fiber twine is made of carbon yarn firstly and then a pyro-composite crucible susceptor in the form of basket is made of carbon twine.
CARBON FABRIC “URAL”: for pyro-composite shields, protectors etc.
CARBON FIBER FELT CARBOPON: heat isolation.
