FABRIC FROM POLYPROPYLENE FILM YARN
Fabric is produced from polypropylene yarn 90 – 180 tex in warp and
weft, linen interweaving, raw-white and dyed, laminated and unlaminated,
in the form of fabric and sleeve.
For lamination is used polypropylene film with width 30 micron.
At customer’s request the width can be changed, fabric in the form of
sleeve can be produced with folding (on both sides).

Marking of fabric’s types:
"1" -fabric as a linen ; "R" - -fabric as a sleeve on circular looms;
"L" - laminated; "U" - fabric of packed structure.
Application: for packing of large bales of fiber, absorbent
cotton, wool, fabric’s rolls, and others; for haberdashery goods
(handbags and the like).
Packing: Fabric is reeled in rolls, length of fabric in a roll
300 m, weight 45 – 55 kg; sleeves – 500 m, weight 28 – 36 kg.
Fabrics are reeled on paper tubes with weight not more than 120kg and
wrapped up in polyethylene film or in two layers of packaging paper.
Transportation: all kinds of transport with a roof. Loading:
lorry – 30 rolls; railroad car – 90 rolls. |
